Jessie Hampton, a community resident of the West Garfield Park for over 40 years; and a member of the Garfield Park Community Worship Center.  A energetic senior in the community with a passion for teaching and entertaining.  Jessie is a retired mother of the and grandmother of six

Katheryn Roberts,  a community resident of West Garfield Park;  an Ordinated Pastor at the Garfield Park Community Worship Center, involved in various community outreach missions.  Her responsibilities includes Information Technology and Media Communications.   A business professional with 20+ years experience in IT Systems Management and Office Administration.   Owner of Living Image Publishing LLC.    A speaker on many platforms from christianity to technology.

Martin Coffer, Sr.;  Serves as Associate Pastor under the leadership of  Senior Pastor E. S. Roberts at Garfield ParkCommunity Worship Center. Martin is the Associate Director at Breakthrough Urban Ministries where he supervises the Men Support network team. Martin has a BA in Christian Ministry from Trinity International University in Deerfield. He and his wife, Jackie has a blended family of five children, Dawason, Alexsha, Martin Jr., Avery and Marin.

Walker Harris, Jr. Treasurer  Deacon and Treasurer of Garfield Park Community Worship Center, Volunteers with the Prison Ministry; President of Harris Ice Co., Inc. Father of 2 and grandfather of 3, Enjoys hunting and fishing.

Everlean Manning, Scholarship Ministry Leader and Stewardship Captain; Retired teacher and program administrator, Chicago Public Schools.  Volunteers for the Oak Park Food Pantry and the West Cook YMCA, godmother of two.   Favorite thing to do is spend time with family and friends and enjoys traveling.

Sherita Carter-King, Financial Secretary;  GPCWC's budget director and praise team member, has worked in the education field for 12 years. Currently an assistant principal at a Chicago Public high school, Sherita looks to use her expertise to build an educational program through ARISE. Sherita is married with four children.

Pastor E. Stephen Roberts, President draws upon the wealth of vision, skills and experience in Pastoring, Business Management and fond love for the community and it’s people being given the best resources and tools to be empowered. . He is (for twenty one years) the Senior Pastor of the Garfield Park Community Worship Center, Chicago, IL.   Author of two published books; Heirs of Destiny, Being Black and God’s Elect & Beyond The Flesh.  A husband and father of 4 children and 7 grandsons.

Alexis Y. Hardy Executive Director of the Garfield Park A.R.I.S.E.A member of GPCWC for over 10 years. She has served as President of the Music Ministry and as youth leader; currently, she is a member of the choir, teaches Sunday School and serves the community through the Bread of Life Ministry. As a West Garfield Park native, she has served her community through volunteering at neighborhood elementary schools and other project based initiatives. Alexis is the Director of Program Services for Broader Urban Involvement and Leadership Development (BUILD, Inc) and has worked with at-risk youth for ten years as a certified Advanced Youth Development Practitioner. As Director of Program Services, Alexis is instrumental in overseeing the proper implementation of BUILD’s prevention, intervention, and college and career and leadership development programming throughout eleven Chicago communities. In this role, Alexis works diligently to establish and maintain longstanding relationships with local community organizations, coalitions, and government agencies. She received her Master of Arts in Public Administration from Roosevelt University and is certified in Missions and Evangelism, Christian Education, Program Planning and Proposal Writing. Her expertise includes: program implementation; school and community collaboration; and professional development.
